The Product Manager for Guerbet Asia Pacific is responsible for driving the strategic and operational management of Guerbet’s Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging product portfolio across the region. This role ensures alignment with global product strategies while adapting to local market needs to maximize product performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive regional strategic planning: lead the development of annual/multi-year strategic plans for the Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging portfolio, incorporating market dynamics, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
• Manage product lifecycle including launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out stages.
• Lead the creation of business cases for new product introductions, regional adaptations and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as the regional voice in global product strategy discussions, ensuring Asia Pacific market needs are represented in global roadmaps and development priorities.
• Work closely with regional sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure successful product positioning and messaging.
• Support commercial teams with training, sales enablement tools, and develop content for regional marketing projects and lead product-related campaigns and promotional activities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. And translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance product value and user experience.
• Support regulatory and compliance teams in ensuring product messaging aligns with industry guidelines and local regulations.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams to support product registrations and updates.
• Organize marketing and product focused educational events, coordinating with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and other counterparts.
• Represent Guerbet at regional conferences, congresses, trade shows, and educations events
• Handle and manage basic product inquiries from local commercial teams and external customers.
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experiences

• University degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific healthcare landscape and cultural diversity.
• Excellent command of English Language, and preferably good Putonghua in both verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in strategy planning, omni-channel campaign management, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to effectively work cross functionally and collaborate, with the ability to work in a group and as an individual
• Pro-active; high-performance and results orientation
• Willingness to travel across the region as required.
