We are seeking a Risk Analyst to support fraud and risk investigations by analyzing customer information, financial patterns, and transaction data. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting SLAs.
Key Responsibilities- Review customer data (KYC/KYB) and transactions to identify potential fraud and risk patterns.
- Analyze financial data to detect irregularities and compliance issues.
- Document findings and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and risk-related issues.
- 2+ years of experience in risk, fraud, compliance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with G-Suite or similar tools.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and work under tight deadlines.
- Must have flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed.
