Job Details

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and analytical reporting across the organization. This individual will partner closely with leadership and operational teams to provide insights that drive business performance and support strategic initiatives.

The role will focus heavily on financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting, helping leadership evaluate business performance and future investment opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations
• Background in healthcare, professional services, or multi-location operations
• Familiarity with financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and strategic planning
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar are a plus
