Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (accounting and finance preferred) (Currently in the 4th semester or beyond)

In addition to the core responsibilities listed below, there may be occasional ad hoc projects that arise, providing opportunities to further diversify your skills and contribute to our organization in new and exciting ways. • Perform daily record-keeping and bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns with external tax consultant, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct reconciliations of financial accounts and investigate any discrepancies or variances.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during the audit process.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial and tax-related projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to accounting and taxation.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.

Full-time. Flexible hours with 1–2 hours overlap with the U.S. team (6–10 PM) a few times weekly. Onsite to Start, with a Hybrid Arrangement Over Time.
