• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams for accurate monthly reporting and expense coding
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in monitoring project performance and profitability
• Support headcount planning and track hiring progress to inform capacity planning
• Present financial information clearly to non-finance partners, promoting operational decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience with month-end close processes including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards

• Experience supporting process improvements and reporting automation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and revenue/expense analysis
