Sr. Portfolio Manager, Private Asset Management
The Sr. Portfolio Manager, Private Asset Management leads the delivery of investment strategies for complex client relationships, bringing a deep understanding of financial markets and a tailored approach to investment management. The role involves strategic thinking, trust‑building with clients, mentoring talent, and shaping broader investment approaches.
Key Responsibilities- Lead investment management for high‑value client relationships with sophisticated needs.
- Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and high‑touch client servicing.
- Create and adjust asset allocation strategies to align with evolving client goals.
- Conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and guide long‑term wealth planning conversations.
- Mentor Associates and Portfolio Managers to elevate team capabilities.
- Contribute to team investment philosophy and tactical allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and planning experts to deliver holistic solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
- Identify risks and opportunities across portfolios and macroeconomic trends.
- Support growth of the Private Asset Management business through referrals and insights.
- Obtain all required licenses within 120 days from start date.
- University degree preferred.
- 5+ years required; 7+ years preferred.

Actual base salary may vary based upon relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance (e.g., annual discretionary incentive programs, non‑annual sales incentive plans, or other non‑annual incentive plans).
