Treasury Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across treasury and accounting functions.

• Process bank payments
• Maintain and approve positive pay
• Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments
• Assist with developing operating cash flow forecasts, enhance visibility into global cash balances, optimize working capital and establish metrics/key performance indicators
• Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, audit and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures
• Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules by cash department personnel for reconciliations of all cash-related accounts, all month-end processes, and all related journal entries
• Assist in executing standby letters of credit
• Assist with cash entry for weekly and quarterly cash securitization
• Prepare and deposit checks
• Provide information in connection with the external audits and monitor cash management activities to ensure compliance
• Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses
• Maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks
• Assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with quarter-end and ad-hoc information requests as needed
• Act as a treasury liaison with the company’s business units in setting up new banking accounts, services, and handling bank inquiries and related matters
• Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue in compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to validate contracts and identify revenue streams.
• Perform monthly and quarterly revenue close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses.
• Analyze deferred revenue and prepare schedules to ensure proper allocation over the contract terms.
• Assist in preparing external and internal revenue-related financial reports, ensuring compliance with all reporting standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of revenue recognition workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP) is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or a related financial role, with a focus on revenue recognition and cash management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, particularly those related to revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
