POSITIONOVERVIEW
The Vice President – Acquisitions will lead and manage the execution of U.S. real estate investment transactions from origination through closing. This senior role partners with executive leadership to source opportunities, direct underwriting and due diligence, coordinate financing, and drive successful transaction execution across multifamily joint venture developments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Deal Leadership: Lead all phases of the acquisition life cycle from sourcing and due diligence through closing and integration.
- Evaluation: Source and evaluate investment opportunities, lead market research and Investment Committee materials.
- Underwriting: Oversee financial modeling, underwriting, joint-venture structures, and risk analysis.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage full acquisition lifecycle from Letter of Intent (LOI) through closing.
- Due Diligence: Lead due diligence efforts with legal counsel, brokers, consultants, and development partners.
- Experience: 5–10 years of professional real estate acquisition or investment experience.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in financial modeling, underwriting, and joint-venture transactions.
- Specialization: Experience with multifamily assets and joint venture developments preferred.
- Leadership: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, real estate research and accounting platforms. - Network: Possess a strong professional network and demonstrate willingness to actively maintain and expand relationships to support acquisitions and development initiatives.
