Our client is an internationally recognized interior design firm who have pioneered some of the most beautiful and unique homes and spaces across The States and internationally.
The PositionWe've been approached to headhunt an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to collaborate closely with the Principal and Owner, as well as the team of designers. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the business while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
You should bring experience from either an interior design firm, or construction company.
The Responsibilities- Managing accounts receivable, invoicing clients, and monitoring collections
- Coding and processing accounts payable and credit card transactions
- Vendor payments and cash flow oversight
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing and sales tax filings
- Reviewing work in progress and assisting with monthly financial reporting
- Maintaining budgets, analysing variances, and reporting to leadership
- Acting as liaison with external accountants, insurance brokers, and advisors
Salary range from $80k - $100k base + bonus.
