Transactional Attorney - Finance Associate (2–8 Years) | Atlanta | $225K–$390K

A nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm is expanding its Financial Services practice and seeking a Transactional Finance Associate (2–8 years post-JD) to join its growing Atlanta office.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to work within a sophisticated finance platform supporting complex lending and leveraged transactions across a national client base.

• Syndicated credit facilities
• Leveraged finance transactions
• Commercial lending & secured finance matters
• Drafting core loan documents & ancillary agreements
• Managing closings and transaction processes

Exposure to fund finance, ABL, private credit/direct lending, structured finance, renewable energy/project finance, real estate finance, or M&A-driven financings is highly valued.

• 2–8 years of transactional finance experience at a reputable firm
• Strong understanding of secured lending fundamentals (collateral, perfection, covenants, EODs, guarantor structures)
• Proven ability to manage deal workflow and closing mechanics
• JD from a T50 or strong southeastern law school with solid academics
• Active GA bar (or ability to waive/seek admission)
• Am Law 200 firm with national practice strength
• Five dedicated finance verticals (securitization, syndicated loans, public bonds, real estate finance, renewable energy/project finance)
