The Role- What a day looks like:
- Funds Movement and Payments:
The Movement of high volume and time sensitive daily Customer Payments to the Trust/Investors as well as the movement of funds to pay for Visa/Master Card purchases.
Reconcile bank accounts and the Internal system of record to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensuring all accounts are balanced.
Managing ExceptionsInvestigating discrepancies, rejected payments, and missing funds and reporting issues to Payment Processing.
Maintain accurate recordsMaintain accurate records and support for all Settlements, supporting audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
Record and TrackRecord and Track various Customer Payment types to identify payment trends to provide to Management.
Qualifications- You’re a great fit if you have:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred, or similar work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Attention to Detail:
Ability to spot errors. - Problem‑Solving‑Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.
