VP Treasury

Vice President, Treasury (Tax Oversight + M&A / Corporate Development) – Atlanta Metro (Hybrid)

Parkhurst Talent Group is partnering with a PE-backed, growth-oriented organization to hire a Vice President of Treasury. This leader will own liquidity and banking strategy, oversee tax planning/compliance through external advisors, and lead the finance workstream for M&A from diligence through post-close integration.

• Own liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and cash management
• Drive working capital performance across A/R, WIP/unbilled, inventory, and vendor terms
• Lead banking relationships, credit facilities, debt strategy, covenant compliance, letters of credit/guarantees, and interest expense governance
• Partner with leadership on capital structure strategy and financing initiatives
• Establish policies and controls for spend governance (including corporate card programs) in partnership with Procurement and A/P
• Lead tax strategy oversight, compliance coordination, and reporting through external advisors
• Lead financial analysis/valuation, diligence support, and post-close integration finance leadership for acquisitions
• Track synergy realization and report progress to executive leadership
• Improve treasury processes, controls, and systems through continuous improvement and automation

• 10+ years of progressive Treasury leadership; plus tax oversight and M&A finance/integration experience
• Strong banking, capital markets, and credit facility expertise (liquidity, covenants, risk)
• Executive-level communication and ability to influence across the organization
• Advanced financial modeling;
  Power BI a plus
• Net Suite preferred
• MBA preferred. CPA or CTP preferred.

Base salary ($220K - $235K) plus 35% bonus and equity participation
