• Lead month‑end and quarterly close processes
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to support development and investment decisions
• Manage general ledger activity and maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books
• Partner with banks and investors by preparing financial information and reports
• Oversee AP and AR processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Experience with in commercial real estate or development environments
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Excel with the ability to work independently
• Experience with month‑end close, budgeting, and financial reporting
