Overview

Finance Manager - We’re partnering with a fast?growing, global technology organization delivering complex operational solutions to hire aFinance Manager as the team scales. In this role, you’ll act like a mini?

CFO across a portfolio of ~10–20 locationsowning budgets/forecasts, sharpening monthly reporting, and being a hands?on business partner to operations and customer leaders.

• Own budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting (with clear, insightful variance narrative) for a multi?location portfolio
• Partner with field leadership to manage costs to plan and elevate financial clarity
• Lead customer?facing financial reviews and provide executive?ready reporting
• Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and scalable finance discipline

• 4–8 years in corporate
  
  Finance/FP&A or similar,
• Strong Excel skills (structured models, pivots/Power Query, scenariosauditability)
• Proven ability to tell the story behind the numbers and influence cross?functionally
• Solid grounding in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Net Suite is a plus (not required)
