Investment Analyst

Noor has partnered with an extremely reputable investment & development firm specializing in large-scale build-to-rent residential communities across the Southeast. Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Analyst to join their Investment team in their Cumberland area office.

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in taking deals from sourcing through underwriting, closing, and capitalization. Your analytical skills and market expertise will be essential in ensuring the success of our investment strategies.

* Office located in Cumberland area - 5 days a week in office required*

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential investment opportunities across the Southern region with a focus on ground-up development deals
• Analyze financial statements, lease agreements, and property performance data to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
• Prepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment return analyses to support acquisition decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, highlighting the strengths and risks of each asset in the existing portfolio.
• Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and real estate market developments to provide insights that guide investment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of property data, financial analyses, and market research findings.
• Assist in capitalizing deals by sourcing both debt an equity

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience (post grad) in commercial real estate related role. (investment sales, or general real estate investment experience is fine! Does not need to be asset management)
• Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and analysis, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Most important is the right personality/ culture fit. You must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Competitive base salary based on your background experience $80,000 - $110,000 + bonus
