Job Title:

PACE Investment Analyst

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading company in the Commercial PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing industry. The analyst supports investment, lending, and asset management activities. The position is based in Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities:
  • Underwriting and Due Diligence: Screen and underwrite new investment and lending opportunities, review relevant materials, and manage the due diligence process to ensure timely closings.
  • Financial Modeling: Use Excel-based proprietary models to prepare valuations, analyze complex investment structures, and draft memorandums and term sheets.
  • Closing Support: Support all aspects of due diligence and closing transactions, liaising with deal teams and program administrators.
  • Investment Analysis: Prepare investment presentations and case studies.
  • Post-Closing Management: Transition deals to the servicing team and integrate into cash flow models.
  • Qualifications and

    Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
    • At least one year of experience in real estate, finance, or relevant internships/coursework.
    • Understanding of the CPACE industry.
    • Experience underwriting various asset classes and closing loans.
    • Knowledge of real estate finance concepts such as DCF, IRR, cash flow waterfalls, etc.
    Preferred

    Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Strong project management and teamwork abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
    • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of capital stack components and CRE development processes.
