Overview
Lead Advisor, LLC is a wealth management consulting and search firm. This role is for a client in ATLANTA. A wealth management and financial planning firm based in Atlanta is looking to hire an Investment Operations Associate/Analyst.
Responsibilities- Assist senior associates with investment onboarding, asset movement, ongoing compliance
- Meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up assistance for advisors and senior associates
- Handle operations in coordination with firm standards
- Active series 7 and 66 or Series 6 and 63
- Candidates should have problem-solving abilities & research skills
- Demonstrate an interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and be resourceful
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
