Financial Planning Specialist

The Financial Planning Specialist is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. This role ensures accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise to contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to generate reports and insights.
• Support variance analysis, identifying trends and key drivers affecting financial performance.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing processes, preparing relevant financial reports.
• Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity in financial reporting systems.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and assist in scenario planning as needed.ba

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, payroll processing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning software ( SQL a plus).
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience in corporate finance or FP&A in a mid-to-large-sized organization.

Remote/Hybrid
Occasional extended hours during financial reporting periods.
