Corporate Finance Associate; Power & Renewables

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Analyst or Associate to join a growing team based in Atlanta
, with a focus on power, renewables, and broader energy infrastructure
. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong financial foundation who are looking to pivot into the energy transition and build long-term expertise in the sector.

The team is open to candidates from a variety of industry backgrounds, provided they bring strong financial modelling skills
, transaction exposure, and a genuine interest in the power and renewables space.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, project finance, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
• Support evaluation of power and renewable energy investments
  , projects, and strategic initiatives
• Assist with transaction execution
  , including M&A, project financings, and capital raises
• Prepare investment memoranda, internal presentations, and materials for senior management and external stakeholders
• Conduct industry, market, and regulatory research across power, renewables, and energy infrastructure
• Work closely with senior team members on valuation, structuring, and due diligence processes

• 1–3 years of experience in:
• Investment Banking
• Private Equity
• Corporate Finance (or closely related role)
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills are essential
• Background may be from any sector (energy experience not required
  )
• Clear interest and passion for power, renewables, and the energy transition
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment
