Job Description

Artera is seeking a team member to join our Travel Team to provide travel and expense operations support for all Operating Companies within Artera. The role involves maintaining daily activities of the travel and expense program, including making travel arrangements, working with the travel agency, expense reporting, receipt auditing, corporate card management, and policy compliance. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Audit expenses with a focus on compliance.
  • Verify validity of receipts and approvals.
  • Perform reconciliations with bank statements and the Concur expense platform.
  • Build relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  • Advise employees on using the Concur expense platform.
  • Update employee and vendor travel and expense profiles.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury to resolve disputes or manage open/aged expense reports.
  • Review and adjust corporate card limits as approved.
  • Support internal customers with travel and expense inquiries.
  • Handle hotel-related issues.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with Concur and hotel booking systems is a plus.
  • Required Skills:
  • Experience with travel planning and related systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High integrity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report and presentation development.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking to assess client needs and develop solutions.

    Skills:
  • Experience with AmTrav, Concur, or similar platforms.
  • Background in auditing or compliance.
