Private Equity Associate

We are partnering with a middle-market private equity firm seeking to add a Private Equity Associate to its Atlanta-based investment team.

The firm is a generalist investor that partners with founder- and family-owned businesses across a range of industries. The team operates with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented culture, providing Associates with meaningful responsibility and exposure across the full investment life‑cycle from initial evaluation through exit.

This role offers direct involvement in transaction execution, due diligence, financial analysis, and ongoing portfolio company support.

• Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Lead and coordinate diligence work-streams alongside advisors and management teams
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
• Assist with portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives

• 1–3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking
• Strong transaction and deal execution experience
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Ability to independently evaluate and discuss investment opportunities
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
