Senior Real Estate Analyst

Overview

A privately held real estate investment firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Atlanta-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional (1 year of experience) to gain hands-on exposure across acquisitions and asset management, with a primary focus on office and mixed-use investments.

The Senior Analyst will support investment and asset management initiatives across the portfolio, assisting with underwriting, financial modeling, and ongoing asset performance analysis. While the firm invests across multiple asset classes, this role will be heavily focused on office and mixed-use properties.

• ~1 year of experience in Acquisitions, Asset Management, Investment Sales, or Real Estate Private Equity
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling required)
• Working knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise
• Experience or strong interest in office and mixed-use assets
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions and asset management
• Perform underwriting using Excel and ARGUS Enterprise
• Assist with investment memos, market research, and due diligence
• Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and capital plans
• Support asset management initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and hold/sell analysis
• Work closely with senior investment professionals on live deals and portfolio strategy
