Compliance Specialist I – Hybrid | Atlanta, GA

Pay: $21–$25/hour

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – must live and work in Georgia)

Our client is seeking a Compliance Specialist I to support a high-volume compliance and data review function. This role is focused on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes.

If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working through structured workflows, and able to handle a steady volume of requests without cutting corners, this role is a strong fit.

• Review and pre-screen requests for accuracy and compliance
• Validate documentation and data changes
• Perform data verification and basic research to reduce risk and errors
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external contacts as needed
• Track, document, and maintain compliance records
• Follow defined procedures and quality standards
• Respond to escalated items in a timely, professional manner

This position involves repetitive, detail-focused work and requires strong attention to detail.

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, vendor management, accounts payable, procurement, or administrative operations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Exposure to ERP or financial systems

• Must live and work in the State of Georgia
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Must pass a background check
