• Manage Bankruptcy Queue through the following: review customer accounts, process bankruptcy documents, maintain logs of irregularities, and participate in reviews for escalated issues.
• Perform medium to heavy skip tracing activities using available tools where applicable.
• Obtain accurate information on accounts to ensure appropriate actions; may manage repossession assignments as needed.
• Prepare, file, and release documents and correspondence in compliance with policy, procedures, and state/federal laws.
• Communicate with customers, and third parties including attorneys, regarding bankruptcy accounts (inbound/outbound calls and follow-up).
• Support cross-division collaboration to ensure a seamless customer experience and assist in developing team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2-4 years of finance or bankruptcy experience; auto-finance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask and manage time; basic computer skills in Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on positive customer experiences.

• Remote work environment with a heavy volume of accounts.
• Must be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; shift-based with approximately 40 hours per week; overtime may be required.
• Extended periods of sitting; vision and noise considerations.

Salary range: roughly $47,600 to $71,400 per year (varies by factors such as location, experience, and qualifications).
