CRE Debt Asset Manager; Senior Associate, AVP, VP

LHH is partnering with an internationally renowned real estate credit investment platform on an asset management search for a senior, hands‑on role overseeing a diversified portfolio of complex commercial real estate debt investments.

• Oversee a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments, including construction, transitional, and value‑add assets
• Interpret and apply complex loan and credit documentation across asset management activities
• Monitor asset performance through financial analysis, rent rolls, operating statements, and covenant testing
• Review and approve budgets, leases, and cash flow distributions in accordance with loan structures
• Prepare investment performance analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, consultants, and third‑party advisors
• Mentor and develop analysts, supporting technical growth and professional advancement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in CRE debt asset management, loan servicing, or structured finance
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate credit, loan structures, and capital markets
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to build and analyze complex financial models
