As a Financial Analyst within BCG’s Commercial Finance Team, you will work in a growing regional team that provides exemplary finance decision support in the allotted practice area. The Financial Analyst will quickly take on significant responsibility and receive frequent exposure to senior customers, including Practice Area leadership.

• Act as a thought partner for Managing Directors and Partners to help lead business forward on multiple dimensions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to effectively multi‑task, make tradeoffs, take initiative, and prioritize within a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Collaborate with a wide variety of business partners, including other functions, internal teams across BCG, and the firm’s corporate office.
• Managing and taking ownership for all financial aspects of case management.
• Support regional leadership and other key customers by performing analysis and effectively communicating key takeaways and recommendations.
• Provide training to internal customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

• 1‑3 years relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA a plus.
• Proactive, self‑starter with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Experience in professional services environment a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products with emphasis on Excel and PPT.

BCG offers a market‑leading benefits package including base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a hybrid work model with 3–5 days in the office.

Compensation

• Base salary: $71,000 – $88,300 USD (Atlanta); competitive pay elsewhere.
• Annual discretionary performance bonus: 0–12%.
• 5% Profit Sharing PSRF contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service.
