Job Overview
- Manage vehicle incentives and rate tables within Vehicle Incentive Pricing system (VIP) and Vehicle Subsidy Pricing (VIPS
2.0). - Responsible for daily subsidy audit.
- Resolves discounting rate related inquiries.
- Position may require SOX compliance activities as applicable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Rate Table Publishing – Independently create, upload, submit, approve, publish, and audit rate tables from pricing-provided matrices accurately and within the established pricing timeline.
- Accounting and Subsidy Issue Resolution - Complete daily subsidy audits, resolve issues from the subsidy reject report, and update the Rebook Database to communicate with the business center and correct booking errors.
- Point of Contact for Funding Team - Communicate and provide support for business center (Funding Team) inquiries while building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with teams that support finance programs.
- Project and Initiative Testing - Conduct UAT testing of internal systems to support system changes, maintain required documentation, and collaborate with ITM to ensure successful implementation.
- High school diploma (GED) required
- Bachelor’s Degree – Any Major (preferred)
- Must have 3+ years of experience in the following:
Credit/Discounting;
Finance
- Analytical – Ability to collect data, establish facts, and identify trends and variances
- Problem Solving
- Project Management – Team member
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of MBFS Collection, Discounting, Portfolio and Customer Service Systems
- Proficient in Advanced Excel
- Reporting tools (Tableau, Cognos)

- Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule
- Travel domestically and internationally
- Work evenings, weekends & holidays when required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
