Our client, a $10B+ real estate investment firm, is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to join the team.
Responsibilities- Preparing investment materials including investment memorandums, presentations, and proposals
- Creating and maintaining financial models
- Helping to manage projects from start to finish, including underwriting and financing
- Leading calls and meetings with key internal and external teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- 2-4+ years of experience with financial modeling
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as WACC, NPV, IRR and ROI
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
