Job Responsibilities for the Finance Consultant
- Present financial insights and clearly communicate data-driven stories to Director-level and above stakeholders.
- Perform and manage accruals, variance analysis, and month-end reporting activities.
- Assist in enhancing and streamlining the financial close process to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting complex data narratives to upper management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and handling large data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (general business degrees not accepted).
- 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with deep understanding of accruals and variance analysis.
