Closing CoordinationCustom Capital — Remote (U.S.)
About UsCustom Capital is a vertically integrated commercial real estate investment platform that connects high-net-worth investors with institutional-quality, single-tenant Absolute NNN investment opportunities nationwide.
We operate as a shared family office—sourcing deals, underwriting risk, assembling equity, coordinating financing, and executing transactions from LOI through closing. Our investors receive 100% ownership of cash-flowing commercial assets with zero landlord responsibilities.
We are not a brokerage. We are execution-driven, process-oriented, and built for scale. With transactions ranging from $2M–$25M, Custom Capital is experiencing 200–300% year-over-year growth and expects to exceed $350M in transaction volume this year.
