Assistant Controller – Metro Atlanta

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 base

This Assistant Controller opportunity is with a stable, growing organization in Metro Atlanta that values accuracy, leadership, and continuous improvement within its finance team.

As the Assistant Controller
, you will:

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including financial statements and analysis
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Perform and review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
• Help implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and develop accounting staff while partnering closely with the Controller

We are open to a range of strong backgrounds. Ideal candidates for the Assistant Controller role will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive accounting experience with exposure to close and financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
