Job Summary

Provides support to the loan origination group by facilitating case follow-up and administration. Responds to client inquiries and serves as a liaison between clients and the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides support for both the life insurance policy closing and the loan origination operation and assists with life insurance carrier and client service inquiries.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment with regard to basic matters of life insurance application and carriers, agent, borrower application and all other client services requests.
  • Participates in the design, closing and servicing of the life insurance case and the resulting loan case management.
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience
  • Two years of transactional life insurance support or relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Knowledge of life insurance planning and associated tools
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization while managing multiple cases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products
