About this Job:

One of our clientsis seeking a dynamic Manager to join our growing Transaction Advisory team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transaction services experience and 6 years of overall accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and due diligence assistance, as well as accounting advisory services.
• Analyze and synthesize target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks that impact valuation and negotiation of transactions.
• Create and design tailored transaction advisory analyses specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, the achievability of managements budget, indebtedness, client considerations, and carve-out financial statements.
• Document key findings and analyses in written report format.
• Interface and build successful relationships with client and target contacts.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and current CPA license preferred
• Master's degree (e.g. MBA, MAcc, Finance) is a plus
• 3-5 years of transaction services experience and 6 years of overall accounting experience
• Exceptional Excel skills

Job Highlights:

Skills - Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Current transaction services experience at another CPA firm in the US
• Minimum 3 years of experience in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, due diligence, and advisory
• Minimum 6 years of overall CPA firm experience in the US
• Ability to work hybrid in the Atlanta office
• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 15%)
