Finance Manager

The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and coordination between the General Manager and department managers. This role supports audits, budgeting, cash flow management, and Japanese-language communication with the parent company. Product knowledge of fishing gear is not required.

• Support internal and external audits, including group consolidated audits.
• Prepare budgets and financial plans, and report financial and accounting data to the General Manager.
• Manage cash flow and oversee purchasing and ordering controls.
• Support transfer pricing strategies and related compliance.
• Act as a liaison between the General Manager and department managers on financial matters.
• Handle Japanese-language communication with the parent company and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other internal teams.
• Take on payment and settlement responsibilities in the future as needed.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and taxation.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of trade, import/export, or international business preferred.
• Professional-level Japanese and business-level English required.
• Experience with budgeting, audits, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
