Position OverviewThis is a strategic executive role for a finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments. The VP of Finance will report to the CEO and serve as a thought partner across the leadership team, responsible for building financial infrastructure, driving data-informed decisions, and supporting M&A execution and integration. You will help shape the future of the business—not just report on it.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a multi-entity operation
- Oversee financial systems, controls, and team development to support scale
- Collaborate on M&A execution, including modeling, diligence, and post-acquisition integration
- Deliver strategic insights on profitability, margin optimization, and capital allocation
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow strategy, and covenant compliance
- Partner with operational and data teams to translate financial data into action
- Serve as the finance voice in board and executive discussions
- Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness across the organization
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in scaling organizations
- Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Experience supporting M&A activity and multi-entity financial operations
- Skilled in financial platforms and analytics tools (Power BI, Net Suite, Quick Books)
- Familiarity with EOS or structured operating frameworks a plus
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent credential strongly preferred
- Must be based in Atlanta and energized by in-office executive leadership
