Financial Analyst IV

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst IV to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This candidate will analyze financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, recommending actions.

• Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data
• Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guides the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures;
  Providing trends and forecasts;
  Explaining processes and techniques;
  Recommending actions
• Improves financial status by analyzing results;
  Monitoring variances;
  Identifying trends;
  Recommending actions to management
• Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods and materials
• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications, coordinating information requirements
• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
