Our client, a $35B recognized leader in automotive innovation, seeks a dynamic professional to join their team. This role offers exceptional visibility and growth potential, providing you a seat at the table to influence business decisions.

• Lead and mentor a team of 6 to 8 employees, reporting directly to the General Manager.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace by upholding company principles and teamwork skills.
• Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and healthful workplace by enforcing health and safety policies and responding proactively to concerns.
• Direct accounting and finance functions, establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and initiatives.
• Analyze and review monthly budgets, explore cost-saving initiatives, and provide financial support for lean manufacturing.
• Prepare financial models and conduct presentations to management.
• Certify financial statements and maintain documentation on financial procedures and controls.

• Minimum of ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a financial/cost analyst.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage through positive dialogue.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP/MRP solutions development and implementation.
• Ability to manage high work volume and meet pressing deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; MBA preferred.
