- Identify and cultivate relationships with real estate advisors/brokers, sponsors, and developers that can evolve into capital advisory opportunities.
- Manage the full deal cycle from outreach to closure, ensuring the quality of client and capital request deliverables, with support from leadership along the way as needed.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail through written and verbal communication.
- Operate within a team framework to identify the most promising opportunities for pursuit.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of underwriting, credit policies, and financial markets.
- Participate in real estate and finance conferences and events with the team (ICSC/CREFC/Globe St/MBA/Interface and more).
- Demonstrate forward-thinking and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, with a talent for negotiation and client relationship-building.
- Encourage a collaborative mindset within the capital markets team, fostering teamwork and cooperation with the nearly 200 individuals in the SIG management, support and advisory teams.
- Be self-motivated by a 100% commission structure.

- Have 2+ years experience in the banking, finance or investment real estate industry.
