Senior Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting accurate, timely financial reporting across a multi-entity organization. This role sits within our shared services environment and works closely with the Assistant Controller, Controller, and cross‑functional partners to ensure strong financial operations, clean closes, and scalable processes.

• Prepare journal entries and support monthly close activities across multiple entities
• Perform account reconciliations and help ensure accurate, complete financial records
• Process AP and AR transactions, including invoice review, GL coding, deposits, and cash application
• Support vendor onboarding (W‑9s, ACH setup) and maintain accurate vendor records
• Review and process credit card expenses to ensure compliance with company policy
• Assist with AR reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables
• Maintain documentation for internal controls, audits, credits, adjustments, and billing activity
• Support payroll‑related entries, including reimbursements and commission data
• Partner with HR on employee‑related updates that impact financial processing
• Enter and maintain data in accounting systems (Net Suite preferred)
• Assist with consolidations and multi‑entity reporting
• Prepare routine schedules and financial reports for management
• Participate in workflow improvements and cross‑functional initiatives with Finance, HR, Tech, and Operations
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests from the Assistant Controller, Controller, and CFO

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA candidate preferred
• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi‑entity or shared services environment
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with accounting systems (Net Suite strongly preferred)
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
