Position Overview:

This international organization is hiring a Manufacturing Accounting Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Black Line. The role will lead month-end close activities, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You'll collaborate with global finance teams and manufacturing leadership to deliver timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for manufacturing entities.
• Manage and reconcile complex inventory and cost accounting processes.
• Implement and improve use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and Black Line.
• Collaborate with plant controllers and corporate finance to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Analyze variances and recommend improvements to financial processes.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems-especially Dynamics 365, SAP, and Black Line.
• Proven leadership and process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
