Responsibilities
- Analyze borrower collateral including accounts receivable, inventory, and other assets
- Review and validate borrowing base certificates for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor collateral trends, concentrations, agings, and dilution
- Identify ineligible collateral and covenant violations
- Prepare collateral reports for credit, portfolio management, and senior leadership
- Communicate with borrowers to resolve reporting discrepancies
- Track lien positions, UCC filings, and collateral perfection
- Assist with renewals, amendments, and new deal underwriting
- Maintain accurate collateral data in internal systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in collateral monitoring, asset-based lending, factoring, or commercial credit
- Strong understanding of ABL structures and borrowing base mechanics
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
