The Wholesale Credit Delivery Associates and Analysts have a strong understanding of the market, credit and products within Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and/or Wealth specialty businesses. They facilitate financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structure recommendations for clients and prospects. They take ownership of projects, coordinate with senior Credit Delivery leaders, and mentor junior teammates. Their work emphasizes adherence to credit policy and requirements, using a wide variety of research sources to assess client, competitor, property segment, market, and industry risks and trends.

Reporting to the team lead, they provide analytical support to Portfolio Managers within the Hospitals/Higher Education/Not for Profit segment, analyze financial statements and projections, utilize financial models, develop credit presentations, and participate in underwriting and structuring.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct industry, market, and company research to source prospect names and develop refined prospect lists in coordination with leadership and partners.
  • Develop project materials with industry, market, and company specific and general economic information.
  • Generate customized sales or project content for internal and external purposes.
  • Track calling and marketing efforts to clients and prospects, reinforcing proper use of the CRM system with the coverage team, and assist as needed.
  • Build upon a foundational understanding of the market, credit, and products while developing relationship‑management skills.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Two years of related financial services work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive drive and high work ethic; self‑starter and team‑oriented.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Some understanding of business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0.
  • Demonstrated work experience in finance or related field.
