The Director of Finance at SNB Family Ventures LLC will oversee and manage the company’s financial operations and strategies. validators include preparing financial reports, managing budgets, conducting financial forecasting, analyzing investment performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA. The Director of Finance will also collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills
• Experience in budget management and strategic financial planning
• Thorough knowledge of investment strategies, including real estate, venture capital, and private equity
• Proficiency in compliance and risk management
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and technology tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is highly desired
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably within investment, private equity, or real estate environments
• Strong attention to detail and indulge problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
