Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, recently voted #1 in the nation as the best large mortgage company to work for by National Mortgage News, is seeking a Customer Experience Partner
to join our Atlanta, Georgia team! This is a hybrid position. This position is designed for a mortgage professional who loves working directly with clients, understands how to structure strong files, and takes pride in execution — with no expectation to self‑source business or build an individual book, though any business personally referred is welcomed and compensated.

What you’ll be doing

• Serving as the primary point of contact for borrowers after the initial consultation.
• Reviewing credit, income, assets, and overall loan structure to ensure accuracy and loan strength.
• Preparing and organizing files for pre‑underwriting and conditional approval.
• Clearly communicating loan programs, documentation requirements, timelines, and next steps to borrowers.
• Managing an active pipeline and ensuring all contract contingencies and closing dates are met.
• Issuing and updating pre‑approval letters.
• Delivering and explaining loan disclosure and re‑disclosure packages.
• Partnering closely with the Senior Mortgage Banker & Team to ensure a seamless, high‑touch client experience.
• Confidently retaining borrowers who may be shopping through consultative communication.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• 3–5+ years of mortgage industry experience as a Processor, Senior LOA, or similar role
• Strong mortgage knowledge across Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• Comfortable and confident communicating directly with borrowers
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven
• Takes ownership of files and genuinely cares about the client experience
• Willingness to obtain Georgia MLO license
• Values teamwork, consistency, and long‑term commitment
• Knowledge of PC environments to include Microsoft Word and Excel
• Professionalism and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
