We are seeking Investment Banking Summer Analysts for our Capital Markets & Advisory area. The role offers high-level responsibilities on business‑significant matters within industry‑ or product‑focused teams, including public and private debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory.

Summer Analysts will enhance financial analysis skills, deepen understanding of capital markets and clients, and contribute ideas on projects with significant scope and impact. Analysts work on every aspect of the transaction process, from research and analysis to presentation creation and participation in drafting, new business proposals, and due diligence meetings.

• Develop financial models to assess debt and equity financing alternatives for transactions.
• Perform valuation methodologies, comparative company analysis, and discounted cash flow analysis on target companies.
• Provide meaningful input to equity offerings, valuations, private placements, mergers and acquisitions advisories.
• Research, analyze, present and document drafting elements of a developing transaction.
• Collaborate with Senior Bankers to develop strategies for client presentations and create unique materials.
• Analyze current events in respective industry groups and provide meaningful input about the impact of critical issues relevant to clients and deals.
• Maintain group databases for research and analysis.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, requiring independent judgment on matters of significance.

• Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
