The Senior Global Treasury Analyst II is responsible for being part of a transformation bringing all treasury functions from a manual system to automated processes. Arclin has grown exponentially due to merger and acquisitions and for the next three years there will be four ERP systems in existence. The ideal candidate will have worked with JD Edwards and / or SAP S/4
HANA. Having a broad knowledge of ERP systems process improvement integration and implementation experience will be critical in helpful to build out and establish the Arclin Treasury Department.
The Senior Treasury Analyst II will have a worked in a treasury function with experience in the day-to-day domestic and global cash management and bank account management, cash flow analysis and other supportive treasury management activities. Understanding of supportive treasury management activities include: daily cash reporting, maintaining the daily cash spreadsheet, internal transfer requests, sweeps, maintaining bank accounts, maintaining bank fee spreadsheets, processing deposits, processing cash reconciliation items, preparing journal entries and providing customer service to other departments in researching and resolving bank related items among other activities.
The Senior Treasury Analyst II has strong Excel modeling, data analysis, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Strong Excel modeling skills are a must.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Daily cash reporting: preparation of a daily report summarizing the previous and current day’s cash activity, investment activity and the Company’s credit facility activity.Processing wire, ACH and internal transfer requests: preparing/entering wire and ACH and internal transfer requests to the banking website and ensuring approvals for such disbursements are within appropriate limits of authority.Processing cash sweeps: obtaining bank balances, updating the periodic sweeps processes/spreadsheet and inputting balances to banking website for multiple bank accounts.Maintaining bank accounts: assisting with processing documents to open or close bank accounts and ordering bank supplies.Maintaining bank fee summary: updating and analyzing of bank account fees. Working with various banks on questions and adjustments to fees charged and making recommendations for fee savings.Processing deposits: processing deposits, preparing and processing of various deposits received from other internal departments.Processing cash reconciliation items: assisting with deposit adjustments, cash-in transit, month-end closing.Providing customer service to other departments in researching and resolving bank related items.Performing research to evaluate new banking products. Attending meetings related to new banking service initiatives.Able to build, improve, and maintain cash flow projection model. Strong Excel modeling capabilities are required.Tracks and maintains letters of credit associated with the Company’s line of credit.Assists with internal and external audit requests for treasury related audit documentation.Assists with all other treasury duties as needed.Kyriba or FIS Quantum is highly preferred. There is no TMS system in place and the company will be moving from the current manual processes to automated processes.QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college; and three or more years of related experience with proven record of career advancement.
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are a plus.
