Closing Associate or Senior Closing Associate - Grandbridge Real Estate Capital

Perform closing functions for Grandbridge and assist other departments as requested by the Head of Closing.

• Perform commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities, including due diligence review, insurance review, borrower organizational review, loan document review and modification, compliance, document storage, commitment preparation, closing calculations, loan funding submissions, loan deliveries, and servicing handoffs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, legal, and servicing contacts at agencies and other lenders/investors.
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests.
• Promote a cohesive, inclusive, team-oriented culture aligned with Grandbridge's purpose, mission, and values.
• Ensure sound risk management and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• Ability to perform commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities with adequate training.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Good decision-making and risk analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or FHA transactions.
