The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing lease accounting data, creating budgets and forecasts, developing reports for management, and identifying ways to enhance financial processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.

• Prepare and review lease accounting data to generate metrics and insights
• Assist in creating annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to support profitability goals
• Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports for management
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Perform monthly and ad-hoc variance analysis
• Ensure accurate expense allocation and financial modeling
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold company values

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance
• Strong skills in SQL and advanced Excel
• Experience in auto leasing from a lessor’s perspective preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and be within commuting distance of a listed city
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills
