HLI) is a global investment bank that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, capital solutions, financial restructuring, and valuation advisory. The Business Services Group focuses on M&A advisory, capital raising, valuation, and corporate restructurings for public and private companies in professional and technology‑related services.

Financial Analysts support investment banking engagements and new business development. They work primarily on the execution of M&A transactions, developing expertise and building relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Perform company and business valuations.
• Coordinate and conduct business due diligence and execute M&A transactions.
• Prepare confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other materials.
• Assist in marketing and execution of existing engagements.
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors.

• 1–2 years of finance/investment banking experience.
• Accounting and finance coursework required.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and application.

• Strong financial and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.

Competitive total compensation package, including discretionary incentive compensation. Salary range: $110,000–$130,000. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and more.
