• Analyze and interpret financial data to uncover underlying drivers and craft compelling narratives that clearly present findings and support informed decision‑making.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and oversee collaboration with offshore team members, navigating and providing clarity amidst ambiguous data to drive project success.
• Act as a trusted business advisor by using business intellectual curiosity to suggest and test hypotheses through data analysis, helping identify potential business issues and recommend practical next steps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting while identifying emerging trends and potential risks.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to streamline work, adopting AI and digital solutions, and engaging in team‑based problem solving to enhance overall efficiency and collaboration.
• Contribute to the firm's transformation initiatives by embracing new processes, participating actively in modernizing efforts and sharing ideas for process improvement and automation.

• Minimum three years of financial analyst or similar experience required; preferably from a professional services firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Proficiency in SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Hyperion Financial Management, and Oracle Planning preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
